Term Session Fee

Direct Debit**

$420 (for a 10 week term, shorter terms are prorated i.e. a 9 week term is $378) per weekly acheduled day (afternoon). This amount (Minus any Child Care Subsidy payments received from Centrelink on your behalf) will be billed to your nominated account in two equal installments. first installment one week before each term commences, second installment in week 5 of each term.

Other Payment Methods

$450 (for a 10 week term, shorter terms are prorated i.e. a 9 week term is $405). This amount (Minus any Child Care Subsidy payments received from Centrelink on your behalf) will be due in full one week prior to commencement of term.


Registration fee

A $150 non-refundable registration fee will be charged to your credit card when the enrolment form is submitted. The registration fee is not eligible for government benefits.


Optional Bus Service

JEMs offers an optional bus service from certain schools, to bring children to JEMs. To learn more click here. The cost for the bus service is $66 per term.


* No matter which payment method you choose we will deduct any amounts received by the centre from the family assistance office on behalf of your child.

** The Direct Debit Company will charge you (excluding GST) $0.75 per direct debit from a bank account, or 1.65% + $0.75 on amounts direct debited from a Visa, Master Card or Amex.

 

Government Rebates

JEMs operates as an approved after school Care (JEMs OSHC) allowing you to receive generous government benefits, specifically the child care subsidy which can cover up to 90% of the fees (dropping JEMs fees to as low as $4.20 per day).

In order to receive the payments, we will need you to fill in the CRN numbers and other relevant information on our enrolment form or they can be provided to us at a later date via email.

If you are not certain whether you are registered for these payments, please contact the Department of Human Services (Centrelink) on 136150 or login through mygov and state that you have a school aged child who will be attending an approved Out of SChool Hours Care Service.

In order to receive the government payments you will need to approve your child’s enrolment in our service (JEMs OSHC) via your MyGov account or the Centrelink APP (once we have submitted the enrolment about a week before start of term).
