SOS EXTEND Is an extension of SOS where care packages are being made for those living in retirement villages or nursing homes - key difference is that all packages will be delivered to the ONE address.
This form is for Teens and their parents!
You will receive enough items to create 4 beautiful "Sending Out Smiles (SOS)" Extend Care packages. You will then be given an address and a time on Sunday to bring these packages to a retirement living or nursing home facility.
All packages will be delivered to the same facility.
There will be a detailed instruction sheet included.
You will receive 3 hours of community service / Duke of Ed per lot.
Collection will be from outside JEMs (36 Flood St. Bondi) Thursday 5:00 - 6:30 PM.
